Project Scope

The scope included demolition works, bulk and detailed excavation, piling, and construction of capping beams to support the new structures. Works also involved excavation for building foundations and the installation of exhaust risers associated with the basement carpark and building services.

Early-stage demolition, excavation, and structural groundwork prepared the site for the multi-building retirement village development.
